Jubler 是一款基于 Java 的强大的字幕编辑工具，支持 sub 、ass 和 srt 等基于文本的字幕文件，并且支持多语言编码，这个功能非常好，因为现在网上的字幕，大部分都是在 WIndows 下制作，基于 GB2132 编码，使用 Jubler 编辑不用预先转换编码～

Jubler 可以对每段字幕锁定开始时间、结束时间、或者持续时间，再对其他变量进行编辑，并且支持对整个字幕文件的分割、合并、和重排序，还可以自动调用 MPlayer 预览修改后的字幕效果～
